Vincent began his career in 2011 at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, in the international tax department, before founding Rozant&Cohen in November 2015.

Specializing in the field of wealth taxation, he works with private clients and business leaders in the tax management of their professional projects (sales of securities, structuring of remuneration, LBO) or personal projects (transfers, restructuring of assets, transfers of residence, tax declarations, etc.).
