Dr Judyta Latymowicz is an attorney, she serves as president of the Polish chapter of the Indian National Association of Legal Professionals (INALP), and is the chairwoman of the Wicci Poland-India Foundation Council. She is a lecturer and trainer specializing in the business culture of India and Bangladesh, as well as the author of programs supporting entrepreneurs planning or running businesses in Asia.  

He specializes in business law—civil, commercial, and economic—with a particular emphasis on contract law. Combining his academic knowledge with legal practice, he works on international projects, including coordinating transactions involving parties from various legal systems and jurisdictions.  

Winner of the Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow 2022 competition organized by Wolters Kluwer publishing house and one of the 25 best female lawyers in business according to Forbes magazine and Women in Law Foundation (2023).  

A graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and doctoral and master's studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the University of Warsaw with specialization in Indology and Bengali language. 

She provides comprehensive, ongoing legal advice to both domestic and international clients conducting business in Poland and Asia. He regularly advises entrepreneurs implementing investments or other business projects in India and Bangladesh, as well as foreign entrepreneurs planning or conducting business in Poland.
