Dr. Judyta Latymowicz is an attorney-at-law, admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association since 2013. She is the President of the Polish chapter of the Indian National Association of Legal Professionals (INALP) and Chairwoman of the WICCI Poland–India Foundation Council. She is also a lecturer and trainer specializing in the business culture of India and Bangladesh, as well as the author of programs supporting entrepreneurs planning or running businesses in Asia.

She specializes in corporate and business law, with a particular focus on civil, commercial, and contract law. Combining academic expertise with extensive legal practice, she advises on corporate matters, international projects, and cross-border transactions involving parties from different legal systems and jurisdictions.

She provides comprehensive legal advice to both domestic and international clients operating in Poland and abroad. She regularly supports foreign investors entering the Polish market, as well as Polish companies developing and implementing international business projects. Her experience includes ongoing corporate advisory, company formation, contract negotiations, and legal support for international expansion strategies.

She was recognized as a winner of the Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow 2022 competition organized by Wolters Kluwer and was named among the Top 25 Women Lawyers in Business by Forbes Women Polska and the Women in Law Foundation (2023).

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and holds both a PhD and an MA in Indology from the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw
