Neeraj Tuli is the Firm's Senior Partner and heads the coverage and claims practice. He has industry leading experience in the contentious and non-contentious aspects of the insurance and reinsurance industry. Neeraj regularly assists clients with insurance coverage issues, regulatory advice, and product development. He also acts as an arbitrator.

Neeraj began his career in 1988 and founded Tuli & Co in 2000. He advises on both contentious and non-contentious insurance and reinsurance matters, with extensive experience across a broad range of complex issues in the sector.

His non-contentious practice focuses on product development and regulatory advisory work. On the contentious side, Neeraj provides coverage advice in relation to a wide spectrum of policies, including E&O, D&O, DSU, ALOP, EAR, and CAR policies.

Neeraj has significant international disputes experience, having handled litigation and arbitration matters in India, England, the United States, and Papua New Guinea. He has represented clients in ICC arbitrations in Paris, LCIA proceedings in London, as well as ad hoc arbitrations, and has attended hearings in New Delhi, Mumbai, London, New York, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Papua New Guinea.

He served as Chairman of the Indian Associated Chambers of Commerce Expert Insurance Committee during 2004–05 and 2005–06, contributes to the ILO India chapter on insurance matters, and regularly lectures in India and internationally on insurance-related topics.
