Nadia Adnani is a driven lawyer who loves a pragmatic approach and has a good sense of relationships. Within employment law, Nadia has specialized in reorganizations. Furthermore, she publishes regularly on employment law topics.

Nadia deals with:

• All aspects of employment law.
• Assistance from both national and international organizations and employees.
• Consulting and supervision of reorganizations.
• Advising and litigating on co-determination, individual and collective dismissal matters, workplace privacy and employment contracts (non-compete clause, study expense clause, etc.).

Nadia holds various supervisory board positions: including at the Youth Education Fund, at one of the largest trade unions in the Netherlands (CNV) and in foundations in the cultural sector, among others. She also participates in a number of independent complaints committees, including at the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB).

Nadia is one of the founders of the online platform HulpBijReorganiseren.nl, which was created during corona with the aim of helping SMEs get started online with the right information. Nadia also regularly publishes (academic) articles and blogs on labor law topics and conducts workshops and webinars.

Nadia studied at the VU-University in Amsterdam in the fields of Private Law and International & European Law. She also did the post-HBO course Strategic HRM in 2019. Before starting as a lawyer, Nadia worked for the Education Center of the VU-University as a coordinator in the Diversity and Student Success Department.

In her spare time, Nadia enjoys being on the tennis court at a competitive level and loves to travel and cook.

Nadia registered the following area of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Dutch Bar Association:

• Labor Law.

Pursuant to this registration, she is required to obtain ten training points in this area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
