Biography

Massimo Fontana Ros, a fully trilingual lawyer and head of the firm's German and Arabic desks , has developed a solid background in international corporate law over the past 20 years. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions and investments, acquisitions and joint ventures, corporate law and commercial contracts, as well as in the renewable energy sector and construction law. He regularly provides legal assistance to large multinationals and medium-sized industrial, automotive , and commercial clients, with a particular focus on inbound acquisitions in Italy from the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Arab countries. He also assists Italian clients with their activities in DACH countries.

Massimo Fontana Ros has many years of experience and expertise in assisting Italian and German-speaking companies in their internationalization efforts in China, the USA, the UK, and Arab countries, with a particular focus on the United Arab Emirates. Massimo Fontana Ros also focuses on assisting national and international clients in establishing companies, subsidiaries, branches, start-ups, and distribution agreements in the food sector.

He has collaborated for years with the Austrian Consulate, Commercial Section, the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano, the German-Italian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Milan), of which he is a partner firm, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates, and leading German and Austrian law firms, providing legal assistance to clients. He is a trusted attorney for DAS – Difesa Legale insurance, based in Verona. He is a member of several international associations, including ICCA ( International Council of Commercial Arbitration), the Association for Cultural Exchange between Italian and German Jurists, IFM (based in Berlin), and a member of DAV – Deutscher Anwaltsverein .

Massimo Fontana Ros often serves as auditor and member of the Supervisory Board of major companies.

He is a speaker at numerous seminars and conferences organized by the Bolzano Chamber of Commerce, a member of ICC Italia, and a member of IR Global, the Construction Law Department , a leading network of professional firms present in over 150 countries worldwide. He has served as an arbitrator in several arbitration proceedings before the ICC in Paris .

During his professional training, he gained experience at leading law firms in Italy and abroad, such as Studio Associato KPMG, Withers LLC, d'Urso Munari Gatti & Associati, Brown Cooper Monier & Williams, and held the role of of-counsel at the Hilex firm in Milan.
