Biography

Vishnu Nair comes with more than 12 years of experience working with top-tier law firms in Mumbai and Bengaluru. He has a broad corporate commercial practice, with a particular focus on technology, data privacy, payments and fintech.

He has advised some of the largest technology companies in the world on structuring of technology products and platforms. He also regularly advises clients on venture capital and cross border M&A transactions. His general corporate commercial advisory practice includes advice on employment law, company law and foreign exchange law matters.

He advises on various commercial contracts including master service agreements, business and asset purchase agreements, services and outsourcing agreements, franchise agreements and distribution agreements. Prior to setting up Aarambh Legal, Vishnu was a Partner with J. Sagar Associates.
