Shri Venkatesh has appeared and argued extensively in various Tribunals, Commissions, High Courts and Supreme Court. Shri Venkatesh is actively advising various State Electricity Regulatory Commissions on various complex issues including but not limited to licensing, tariff determination and dispute resolution etc.
