Imran Benson is a senior junior barrister (call 2005) specialising in complex commercial and professional liability disputes with an international dimension. He is ranked in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 and has twice been nominated as “Professional Negligence Junior of the Year.”

He is frequently instructed in high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters. Recent examples include:

• Success at trial and Court of Appeal in a £multi-million international corporate fraud claim against a former CEO and FD, involving freezing orders and coordinated relief across 10 overseas jurisdictions.
• Acting for Nigerian companies in litigation against an e-money provider, achieving release of millions in frozen assets under UK financial regulations.
• Crypto litigation concerning the alleged founder of Bitcoin (COPA v Wright, 2024).
