Clément began his career in January 2010 at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre before founding Rozant&Cohen in November 2015.
An expert in French and international taxation, he regularly assists foreign companies seeking to establish operations in France, as well as French companies with their restructuring operations (acquisition, sale, asset transfer, investment, tax consolidation) and their international development. Clément also works with individuals, advising them on the tax management of their personal affairs.
The Rozant&Cohen firm , with 15 employees, is structured around two areas of activity: tax law (capital gains on disposals, LBOs, IFIs, Dutreil agreements, real estate taxation, tax disputes, etc.), and business law (acquisition or transfer of companies, structuring of groups, partial contributions or mergers, shareholder agreements, management of the day-to-day running of companies, etc.).
Each of our employees has specific expertise, and our ability to work as a team allows us to address all of our clients' legal and tax issues. This service offering is also complemented by our partner lawyers specializing in employment law, intellectual property law, business litigation, and collective proceedings.
Internationally focused, working in French or English, we have specific expertise in international taxation and a network of foreign correspondents.
