Martin has a background as Cand. Jur. (JD), attorney at law, admitted to the High Court of Denmark, a degree in executive negotigation and certfications in international tax. Martin previously worked at Welltec International and Roll-Royce Industrial Power, where he was, among other things, Chief Legal Officer at Welltec and responsible for international tax and investor relations, both in Denmark and Switzerland.

Martin has held and holds fiduciary positions as board member in companies in more than 10 countries, including Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, UK, US and Canada. He frequently acts as chairman in annual general meeting of shareholders in Danish companies, including for both private and public companies.
