Chloé Noel is an Attorney-at-Law specializing in corporate law and company management within the Barbados international business sector.
A graduate of the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Chloé earned her Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours and further obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in 2015. She is admitted to practise at both the Barbados Bar and the Trinidad and Tobago Bar.
Chloé brings a client-centric approach to her practice and has developed extensive experience advising on structuring, governance, and strategic transactions. Her responsiveness and ability to consistently deliver results has been a defining feature of her career.
Prior to DGM Financial Group, Chloé spent seven years at a firm within the corporate and trust services sector, where she was responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of private and publicly listed clients.
Since joining DGM Financial Group in September 2023, Chloé has progressed into her current role as Vice President, Corporate & Trust, where she is responsible for the overall team management and direction of the Corporate and Trust departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and commercially focused services to the Group’s client base.
