Issuance of Section 60i Certificates

As accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs), we have the authority to issue Section 60i certificates in accordance with the Family Law Act 1975. These certificates are often a necessary step before parties can pursue court proceedings regarding parenting matters. Our team is committed to conducting thorough assessments and providing impartial certification, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while prioritizing the welfare of all involved parties.
