Andreas Tsourouflis is a tax lawyer, based in Athens, Greece. He is registered with the Athens Bar Association and is admitted at the Supreme Court. He received a law degree from the University of Athens in 1991, an LL.M. from the University of Saarbrücken, Germany in 1993 and a PhD from the University of Osnabrück, Germany in 1997.

His practice includes all fields of taxation, such as corporate taxation, mergers & acquisitions, transfer pricing, banking, finance and capital markets taxation, energy taxation, customs duties etc. He provides legal and tax advice to domestic and foreign clients from various industries, such as telecommunications, advertising, tobacco, information technology, energy, banks etc. He has represented clients in tax and customs duties disputes at all court instances including the Greek Supreme Administrative Court (Council of State).

Andreas is also an Associate Professor at the University of Athens, where he teaches Tax Law, Finance Law, Administrative Court Procedure Law, International and European Tax Law. He is also the director of the LL.M. Course in Tax Law at the University of Athens. He has authored several books and publications in tax law journals, and he is a regular speaker at various Greek and international legal conferences.
