Anders Ørgaard holds the title Partner at TVC Law Firm. He is specialized in litigation and arbitration as well as insolvency and reconstruction.

Anders is granted the right to appear before the Supreme Court in Denmark and has extensive experience in commercial matters and a wide range of industries, including public law – particularly in cases against public authorities.

He primarily deals with disputes between commercial parties, often in the form of litigation, but also as arbitration cases.

Anders conduct cases in all areas of commercial law and most areas of private law. Examples of the types of cases he handles include:

Anders holds a PhD and is professor of commercial law at Aalborg University.

In 2021, Anders was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Dannebrog.
