Alexandre Le Ninivin is active for more than 20 years in the field of restructuring and insolvency as well as litigation.

Alexandre has a deep knowledge in restructuring distressed companies, special situation and dealing with insolvency and bankruptcy cases. He regularly helps companies through difficult times.

He also advises company shareholders on their strategy, together with creditors and investors.

Missions are covering :

• Handling financial difficulties by using confidential out of courts proceedings (mandat ad hoc, conciliation) or pre-insolvency or insolvency procedures (safeguard, accelerated financial safeguard procedures, administration, compulsory liquidation, or receivership),
• Capital investors in finding solutions for their under-performing participations,
• Buyers in their plans to takeover distressed companies or assets,
• Creditors in defending their interests, including implementing “fiducie” (French trusts),
• Court Appointed Receivers and Insolvency Practitioners facing technical issues.

He also works on restructuring litigation, both during and after the restructuring, including shareholders and managers liability.

In litigation, his field of expertise covers commercial, corporate, banking, and financial law, breach of contract, disputes between shareholders, unfair competition or construction and major project and infrastructure litigation, and recovery. On a day-to-day basis, Alexandre is working on negotiations, pre-litigation, expert appraisals, mediation, arbitration, and the enforcement of decisions in France and internationally.

Alexandre works for either SMEs, mid-caps, French and international groups.

His responsiveness, creativity and close relationships with his clients enable him to successfully complete the work entrusted to him.

Alexandre holds a master’s degree in business law and Economic from Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University.

Alexandre has been a Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2003.

Before joining Oxynomia in 2019, he worked in the French and London office of the Internation law firm Squire Patton Boggs.

Alexandre is General Secretary of the Turnaround Management Association in France (TMA France) and Trustee of the Turnaround Management Association  Global, which brings together more than 10,000 restructuring and turnaround professionals worldwide.

Alexandre is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).

Alexandre co-chairs the Banking Commission of the Paris Bar Association and the Banking-Insurance Commission of one of the main lawyer association in France (ACE).
