He has over 32 years’ experience in Public accounting, audit and taxation, statutory compliance, BPO / KPO Services and Due Diligence. His specialization includes business process outsourcing for various multinational companies.

Before setting up the firm he was employed with A F Ferguson & Co. as Audit Manager, where he was involved in statutory audits and tax audits of Cummins India Ltd., Kinetic Honda Motors Ltd., SKF Bearing (I) Ltd.

He has worked on assignments with various MNCs which include:
